FAQ
How long does the 20% commission last?
Lifetime of the customer. Every paid invoice they generate, you earn 20%. If they stay for 3 years, you earn 20% for all 36 months.
What counts as a referral?
Anyone who signs up via your link within 90 days of their last click. Self-referrals and refunds don't count.
Can I promote Dokeo to my own company?
No. Self-referrals across organisations you control aren't eligible. Friends and family at unrelated companies are fine.
When do I get paid?
On the 5th of each month, for the previous month's earnings. Minimum payout is $50. We pay via bank transfer (India) or PayPal internationally.
Do you supply creative assets?
Yes. Email us and we'll send a logo pack, screenshot library, suggested copy, and a comparison chart you can rebrand.
